For those currently suffering I pray for you.

Hanging on for a better tomorrow.

Hanging by a thread that might snap at any moment.

For those I know and for those I do not know.

With a mind so overloaded or tortured that the thought of tomorrow might be impossible.

Having to handle one step at a time.

A marathon you never asked for.

I pray for you because I have been there.

That darkest hour where you find yourself bargaining for relief.

Pleading for the smallest amount of light.

Where the solution is just out of reach or withheld.

I pray for not the useless ask for a solution but the strength to hold on.

The ability to weather the extreme no matter the hour.

So you do not fall apart before the end draws near.

That you might have those to lean on when you cannot carry it all yourself.

Carried across the finish line by love when you can no longer limp forward.

That you will endure with elegance and hope.

I pray all these blessings for you.

So you might have at least one human heart behind you though nameless.

A love you never knew you have.

I am not the only one either for there are many like me.

If that does not suffice, take comfort in the the One that listens to my prayer.

Let them all combined stand like stars in the darkness.
